This course explores the fundamentals and advanced practices of Agile Product Life-cycle Management (APLM) in the Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI) era. The first half of the course delves into Agile frameworks, their rules, roles, and applications in various product development life cycles, focusing on the evolving responsibilities of product owners (POs) in an AI-augmented environment.
