Foundations of Project Management provides students an opportunity to learn foundational knowledge and concepts in project management. Offers insights into various project management methodologies while providing a structured approach to understanding key principles, models, and methods required to manage various project types through a complete project life cycle. Introduces project management software and emphasizes distinctions between project, program, and portfolio management. Strongly recommended for students with little or no formal project management experience.
